Class Descriptions: 

WerQWERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

Baila {By – lah} │ Cardio in disguise with a sexy Latin twist. Baila is a follow-the-leader style dance cardio workout designed to make you burn calories while having a blast dancing to the hottest Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Latin Pop and Reggaeton beats.

Just Dance │ The music takes center stage during this hour-long sweat-fest in a follow-the-leader style dance cardio workout choreographed to the hottest hits of yesterday and today. This invigorating party is designed to bring out the dancer and music lover in you!

PiYo™ │ Introducing PiYo, a high-intensity, low-impact workout for a new kind of strong. "PiYo™  gives you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all-over strength─without weights, without jumps, and without destroying your body." Chalene Johnson, creator of PiYo™

BE.defined │ A little bit of dancing and a lot of toning. A combination of Pilates, ballet, yoga and weight training techniques will be used for an incredible total body workout that will define your muscles and your soul.

Bootylicious │ A jam packed class with a combination of easy to follow dance moves and booty-kicking sculpting exercises for a better rear view and core! Light weights and resistance bands will be incorporated into this fun, dynamic, and body-changing workout. 

Ballet Burn  │ Embrace your inner ballerina! This ballet/Pilates inspired workout is a fantastic way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. All levels welcome ─ no ballet background necessary.

Samba Fit │  Experience the rhythms and dance styles of Brazil ─ move your hips, celebrate your body, and break a sweat. Many Brazilian dance styles will be taught in this follow-the-leader class, including Rio De Janeiro-style Samba, Bahia, and Afro-Brazilian dance.

balletFIT  │ balletFIT is a new and exciting group fitness class done to a mix of fun pop tunes. It is as much a cardio workout as it is a muscle toning routine. A fat-burning workout; targeting major muscle groups, including the core; develop and improve coordination, flexibility and posture using form and technique from classical ballet that define, strengthen and streamline muscles. balletFIT aims to promote graceful poise and a sense of well being. This dance based fitness routine is so enjoyable; you simply can’t help smiling all the way through the class!
