Zumba®Zumba® exercise classes are "fitness-parties" that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. 

WerQWERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals.

Baila {By – lah} │ Cardio in disguise with a sexy Latin twist. Baila is a follow-the-leader style dance cardio workout designed to make you burn calories while having a blast dancing to the hottest Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Latin Pop and Reggaeton beats.

Just Dance │ The music takes center stage during this hour-long sweat-fest in a follow-the-leader style dance cardio workout choreographed to the hottest hits of yesterday and today. This invigorating party is designed to bring out the dancer and music lover in you!

Pump It Up! │ Come join the party as we break down some of today's hottest dance moves and turn up the fun! Incorporating Funk, Hip Hop, Latin dance and fitness into one class─you won't want this high energy party to end!

Zulugroove │ Come get your groove on to the beat of soulful African beats! A dance-based class that incorporates African dance and movement. This high energy class promotes joyful movement expression while increasing cardio endurance and improving muscle tone. All fitness levels welcome! 

BE.defined │ A little bit of dancing and a lot of toning. A combination of Pilates, ballet, yoga and weight training techniques will be used for an incredible total body workout that will define your muscles and your soul.

Bootylicious │ A jam packed class with a combination of easy to follow dance moves and booty-kicking sculpting exercises for a better rear view and core! Light weights and resistance bands will be incorporated into this fun, dynamic, and body-changing workout. 

Ballet Burn  │ Embrace your inner ballerina! This ballet/Pilates inspired workout is a fantastic way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. All levels welcome ─ no ballet background necessary.

Piloxing®  │ A non-stop, cardio fusion of standing Pilates and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, powerful™  you!
