Bootylicious is Sheri Dunleavy's monster workout. Although, we would never discriminate against any men who would be brave enough to try this truly dynamic workout, Bootylicious is conceived and designed based on the idea of powerful, strong women by a powerful, strong woman. Whatever you do, don't be fooled by its playful, tongue-in-cheek (no pun intended) name, this jam-packed sweat-fest is not just about the 'booty,' it is actually a full-body workout. You will be working out and toning muscles you did not know existed. This is because Sheri has been in the fitness industry for over three decades, which only means that she holds a vast knowledge of fitness and what a body needs to reach and unlock its full potential.
One minute you'll be using stretchy bands, 'shredding' (Sheri's own term) and creating lean, beautiful muscles, the very next, you will be working and strengthening your core, or using hand weights in ever so creative ways, dancing to Britney's "Work Bitch," or even moving your body as you're belting out Frozen's "Let It Go" at the top of your lungs. But worry not, Sheri is always happy to be your unafraid, unapologetic ringleader, at which point, all you have to do is 'let go' and follow her lead. Bootylicious embodies everything that makes Sheri's unique teaching style so appealing to people who love and follow her around─we suspect that's because they know that this is not just your average fitness class, it's an experience.
